Access & Delivery
Our products are delivered digitally to your TradingView or MetaTrader 5 account. This process is handled manually by our team after you provide your account details via email. Once the license is assigned or the access link is provided, the product is considered delivered and consumed. Therefore, we cannot reverse the delivery or offer a refund.
User Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the correct hardware and software (e.g., a TradingView account or a MetaTrader 5 platform) needed to use our products. We provide detailed descriptions for every product; please review them carefully before purchasing to ensure the product meets your requirements.
